MoSAVE was created in 2008 with a mission to provide quality training to the community as well as to all the disciplines involved in the investigation and prosecution of crimes of sexual violence against women. Through educating the community and law enforcment alike, we strive to change the public view of stereotypes generally associated with victims of sexual violence as well as generate better quality investigations and case preparation for potential prosecution of offenders.
